Conference Preview: Leah Darrow

Leah Darrow is a descendent of American attorney Clarence Darrow, who G.K. Chesterton once mopped the floor with in a debate in New York City. But not only does Leah not bear Chesterton any ill will for this, she’s a Chestertonian! And, she is speaking at the conference on “The Mysticism of Modesty and the Poetry of Purity.” As a preview, here she is, telling the story of her conversion to the Catholic Church:

We are so looking forward to this conference; we are eager to meet Leah Darrow. We are from Chicago (our
daughter is at Wash U Medical) and are active in Respect
Life in the Archdiocese of Chicago. We are planning too for the October 18 speaking engagement at Ascension
Parish in Oak Park. Many of us are working to get the word out to young people for this. Thank you for what you do. KM
