Welcome to the American Chesterton Society!

The American Chesterton Society (ACS) works tirelessly to promote the writings and thoughts of G.K. Chesterton. Our goal is to raise Chesterton’s profile and to bring his common sense, his profound Christian faith, and his joy to a new generation, so desperately in need of hope.

Through lectures, a television series, conferences, a magazine, website presence and online store, our small non-profit has seen great success in our simple mission of bringing Chesterton to as many people as possible in as many ways as possible. Our efforts are beginning to bear real fruit as evidenced by an increase in books published about Chesterton, scholarly research, growing communities on Facebook, and interest in local societies around the world.
