A prayer initiative of the Society of Gilbert Keith Chesterton, the Frances Chesterton Rosary League is an association of local groups committed to praying the Scriptural Rosary for the needs and intentions of the Society, for conversions, and for vocations. In these prayer groups, united in purpose and focus, we ask the powerful intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for the work and welfare of both the Apostolate and the benefactors who generously support it.

And, meanwhile, any one Catholic peasant, while holding one small bead of the rosary in his fingers, can be conscious, not of one eternity, but of a complex and almost a conflict of eternities; as, for example, in the relations of Our Lord and Our Lady, of the fatherhood and the childhood of God, of the motherhood and the childhood of Mary.
